Mir is able to help with advice on helping with improving sports performance, rehabilitation and tips on general activity to help with everyday health.
Sometimes training in one particular sport, it can help to cross train into other areas to further develop skills and reflexes. This may mean a football player who decides to take up long distance running to help with stamina, a rugby player who wants to improve power so takes up power lifting or a martial artist who wants to improve strength and flexibility so includes gymnatics into their training regime.
Mir is able to offer advice to participants of other sports in how martial artists develop their particular skills of interest. This advice may be given in the treatment room whilst having a treatment or in a seminar or class setting.
Mir teaches martial arts, meditation and Qi Gong (a form of Chinese Exercise Therapy) to help people improve their health and wellbeing. The focus of his classes is health and meditation.
