First Tuesday of the month. 

Dates for 2010:  3rd of August, 7th of September, 5th of October, 2nd of November.  Please call or email to confirm the class will take place before attending.  Thank you.

At present this is the only class on offer.  The first hour is Qigong, followed by an hour of guided meditation.  If people wish to stay and practice more Qigong or any of the other arts I have taught after meditation they are welcome to do so.
