Classes are held every Monday evening (except Bank Holidays): 7.00-9.00pm Beginners 7.00- 10.00pm Intermediate We are currently welcoming new members into the class. Spaces are limited to 8 new students.
Over 16's only. Under 18's will need written consent from their parents or guardians Class content (can vary weekly):
On the first Monday of every month we focus on fitness training (anyone welcome, please call first to book)
If you would like to train with us, please contact us. You'll need suitable attire; tracksuit bottoms, t-shirt and plimsolls/trainers. For the fitness training evening, you need the above as well as a skipping rope, gum shield and a friendly attitude ;-) Please consult your GP if you have a medical condition before starting this or any other physical activity programme. All participants will be asked to complete a waiver before taking part in classes. Please contact us with your name and address to request a copy by post; in normal or large print, or to have one emailed to you (which must be read, signed and brought to the class).
